Mr. Syed Badshah is a distinguished member of the Board of Governors of QAFELA (Quick-Change Association for Educational Promotion, Livelihood Development and Awareness). QAFELA is a non-profit organization that aims to promote education, livelihood development, and awareness among underprivileged communities. As a member of the board, Mr. Syed Badshah plays a vital role in guiding the organization towards achieving its mission.

Apart from his role at QAFELA, Mr. Syed Badshah also holds the position of Managing Partner at Karwan Builders. Karwan Builders is a reputable construction company that has undertaken several projects across Pakistan. As Managing Partner, Mr. Syed Badshah oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Syed Badshah served as the Administrator of the Barani Area Development Project in the Planning and Development Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 1992 to 1998. The Barani Area Development Project aimed to promote sustainable agriculture and rural development in the arid and semi-arid regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In addition, Mr. Syed Badshah also served as the Administrator of the Kalam Integrated Development Project (KIDP) of the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, from 1986 to 1993. The KIDP was a comprehensive rural development project that aimed to improve the living standards of the people of Kalam and surrounding areas.
