Mr. Bacha Sayed is a highly experienced individual with over 27 years of experience in various fields, including program management, governance, financial management, coordination and relationship building, fundraising, partnership building, institution building, and social research. He is a firm believer in the power of education to bring lasting pluralistic change to society and the world, and his area of interest mainly revolves around higher education and learning. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bacha has transformed many local and national level international donor-funded initiatives into living examples of sustainable and replicable enterprises at the international level.

He has acted as a bridge between the public and private sectors to initiate workable business models that bring together donor-funded projects, government, and the private sector. One of his successful models was to advance KP education and learning canvas, which was funded by DFID with a volume of 18 million GBP. Currently, Mr. Bacha serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Islamabad Consulting (Pvt) Limited, which is a well-reputed education and immigration consulting company in Pakistan. He is also the franchise partner of a UK-based consultancy firm, KBM Group, and represents the group as Head of Islamabad and Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa.

Aside from his professional work, Mr. Bacha is also actively involved in charitable and community initiatives in both the UK and Pakistan. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Sustainable Peace and Development Organization (SPADO), which is one of the oldest and most reputable peace and development organizations working at the national, regional, and global levels. He is also a core committee member of the Pakistan Business Society and has pushed to achieve its objectives in the UK. Additionally, Mr. Bacha holds a very responsible position as a member of the Senate Agriculture University of Swat since 2022 and is currently a member of the support group at QAFELA.
