QAFELA promotes sustainable development and improves lives through:

   1. Gender Equality

Quick-Change Association for Educational Promotion, Livelihood development & Awareness (QAFELA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social development and improving the quality of life of communities in Swat Valley of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. The organization was founded by a group of passionate and dedicated professionals who identified the need for positive change in their community and decided to take matters into their own hands.

One of the main focus- areas of QAFELA is gender equality, a critical issue in a society where women are often marginalized and are deprived of access to basic human rights. QAFELA works tirelessly to raise awareness and educate people about the importance of gender equality. They organize awareness campaigns, and sessions to empower women and girls to advocate for their rights and to provide them with the tools and resources needed to pursue their goals and aspirations.

QAFELA’s efforts have had a significant impact on the lives of women in Swat. They have helped women gain access to education and vocational training, which has enabled them to become financially independent and to support their families.
