Mr. Sohail Khan belongs to an influential family of Chakesar in District Shangla.  His grandfather was a close associate of the then ruler of Swat State and his father, one of the first graduates in District Shangla, was the Public Prosecutor of District Swat. He belongs to an educated family of District Shangla and his younger brother is District and Session Judge.

Mr. Suhail Khan got his Masters in English and then joined the administrative service of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan through competitive exam. He worked as Assistant Commissioner Batkhela, District Malakand, and right now, upon his promotion, he has been working as Additional Deputy Commissioner of District Swat.

Because of his experience and skills in management, coordination and crisis management, Mr. Suhail Khan is going to prove an asset of QAFELA.
